  • Fitness activity data: Workout logs, exercise completions, XP, level, streaks, and other progress metrics you generate by using the app.
  • Custom content: Custom workout presets you create and save.
  • League data: Your league membership and invite codes you share or use.
  • Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles that securely.
  • Usage data: Device identifiers, app version, and aggregated analytics to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account and profile.
  • To track your workouts, XP, level progression, and streaks.
  • To display leaderboards and league rankings you participate in.
  • To process subscription payments and manage your Pro plan.
  • To send service-related notifications (e.g., account verification, payment confirmations).
  • To improve and maintain the Service and fix bugs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate the app:

  • Stripe — payment processing (payment data handled under Stripe's privacy policy).
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting and database storage.
  • Analytics providers — aggregated, anonymized usage metrics.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the in-app Settings page. We may retain limited data to comply with legal obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and secure storage. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
